Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026 · Khel-Mitra is a service of NeoAbhro Tech Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Khel-Mitra passes (Day ₹50 for 24 hours, Month ₹750 for 30 days, Year ₹5,475 for 365 days, and the host's Free-link pass ₹500 for 24 hours) are digital service fees. Access starts immediately, so a pass cannot be cancelled once it has been used to host or join a table — but we will always put things right when something goes wrong.

You are entitled to a full refund if

• you were charged but did not receive a day pass;
• you were charged twice for the same pass, or bought a pass while one was still running by mistake;
• the service was unavailable through our fault and you could not use your pass that day.

Cancellation

If you paid by mistake and have not hosted or joined any table with that pass, email us the same day and we will cancel and refund it.

How to request

Email admin@neoabhro.com within 7 days of the payment, with the Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation or bank/UPI app) and a short description. We reply within 2 business days.

Timelines

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (international cards may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank).

Points

Game points have no monetary value and are never refunded, paid out or exchanged.
