These terms govern your use of Khel-Mitra (the website at khelmitra-pxnrabe2qq-as.a.run.app, any custom domain for it, and the Khel-Mitra iPhone app), operated by NeoAbhro Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using Khel-Mitra you agree to these terms.

1. What Khel-Mitra is

Khel-Mitra lets friends play the card game Hari Patti (a three-card game) together on their phones, in the same room or over the internet. The game uses points only. Points are a score; they have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value, and there are no prizes or winnings of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old to host a table or buy a day pass. You are responsible for making sure your use of Khel-Mitra is lawful where you are.

Do not misuse the service: no cheating, collusion, harassment, abusive or unlawful content in names, chat or voice, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no use of another person's payment method without permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Khel-Mitra available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Games hosted in a browser need an internet connection; offline play is available only when hosting from the iPhone app. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Khel-Mitra name, software and design belong to NeoAbhro Tech Pvt. Ltd.. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
