Khel-Mitra sells only digital passes (Day, Month, Year and the host's Free-link pass). Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery

• A pass is delivered instantly and electronically, to the device you paid on, as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
• It runs from the moment of purchase: Day and Free-link passes for 24 hours, Month for 30 days, Year for 365 days, at any Khel-Mitra table.
• No shipping charges apply, and the service is available to users in any country where using it is lawful.

Not received?

If your payment went through but no pass appeared, tap “I've paid — continue” on the payment screen. If that does not work, email admin@neoabhro.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will activate or refund it (see our Refund Policy).
